Grape Variety : Pinot Noir 70% and Gamay 30%.
Terroirs : Our vineyard, located in the district of Bonny sur Loire, is planted on siliceous clay soil terraces overlooking the Loire River. The average age of the vine is 15 years.
Production technical data : The grapes are immediately cold pressed. The resulting must is naturally clarified by low temperature static settling and ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The rosé wines are aged on the fine lees for 4-6 months.
Tasting notes : Fruity aromas followed by a lively and well balanced body with slightly spicy touches.
Food-wine pairings : Typically, our rosés would be enjoyed with charcuterie or grilled dishes, but they also pair well with exotic flavours of sweet and sour dishes.
Serve at a temperature : of 8/10°C.
